These items are HANDMADE and will have small signs of being so. Refunds will only given within 7 days of delivery on products that have picture proof of structural damage resulting in decreased product functionality (i.e. loose or compromised hardwear/strapping).
Collar materials: Satin ribbon, polypropelyne strapping (satin backed for comfort)
Hardware: Nickel plated D-rings, Aluminum O-ring and charm
Closure: 10 inch ribbon tie, expands collar out to 18 inches
